- Initial Assessment/Intake (55 min) – $200
- Individual Counseling session (55 min) – $175
Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurance companies. This list is not a guarantee that your insurer will pay for your treatment. You will want to verify your outpatient mental health benefits with your insurer before your first visit. All copayments, deductibles, co-insurance, or any fees not covered by insurance is due at the time of service.

Out of Network: For those Optum, United Healthcare and Providence members: Although I am not in-network with your insurance, you are welcome to use your out of network option to see me. Typically, the deductible and copay are higher with out of network, however, often a significant portion of your fee is covered.
Note to Nike Employees: In 2020 Nike expanded access to mental health for their employees. You can now visit any provider at the in-network benefit level, regardless of whether your provider is included in the United Healthcare network.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:
Is Tracey Beagle, LPC, a covered provider under my insurance benefits?
- If so, is she considered in-network or out -of-network?
- What are my in-network/out-of-network benefits for mental health?
- What is my deductible?
- What percentage of the evaluation/counseling fee am I required to pay?
- How many visits are covered by insurance? Within what time frame?
- Is pre-certification required?
